半自動包裝秤 Semi automatic packing scale

采用觸摸屏操作，全中文顯示，分有斗和無斗稱重結(jié)構(gòu)，所有機(jī)械動作由氣缸完成，可自動完成進(jìn)料、稱重、放料、夾袋（人工）、縫包、計(jì)包等工序，與物料接觸部件采用sus304不銹鋼，測重傳感器采用瑞士梅特勒-托利多品牌，氣動元器件采用日本CKD品牌，包裝速度快，稱重穩(wěn)定、準(zhǔn)確、可靠。

-具有超差報(bào)警、出錯提示、日志存儲、U盤下載等功能。

-適合各種具備自流狀態(tài)的顆粒物料、100目以內(nèi)的細(xì)沙類型物料。

-粉狀物料采用螺旋輸送方式進(jìn)料稱重。

-包裝秤料倉配有上下料位裝置，控制提升機(jī)的啟停。

-配有皮帶輸送機(jī)、雙線縫包機(jī)、塑料薄膜封口機(jī)、空壓機(jī)。

-配有除塵管道接口。

-可與掃碼、防偽、追溯系統(tǒng)配套對接。

It adopts touch screen operation and full Chinese display. It is divided into bucket and bucket free weighing structure.
